Treat people the way you wanted to be treated never gets old. What should be done is to encourage and build each others up. Also to be humble enough to admit when we're wrong and continually listen, respond with generous openness, and learn from each other.

I strongly believe that most misunderstanding between people happens when we don’t say what we should say; or we say with an improperly attitude. So I will be honest and upfront in everything with love and respect.

Not just in work place, but this is a life style. Like a muscle needs to be trained, we should be too! One thing people will never hear me say that is "I can't do something". Because if there's something I don't know, I will eagerly learn to do it.

I set high standard for things, so it must have few approaches to reach that high standards. So taking ownership is one of a few will get me to reach my goals.
